SMKBJ Needs a Change in Management

I'm not kidding. Today during Assembly, our headmistress -- a.k.a the fat bitch -- said that in the past three years (08, 07, & 06), no one had made it to at least the Nationals. Bullshit. What about that that guy from Taekwando? He made it to the Internationals. Read my lips, fat bitch: I-N-T-E-R-N-A-T-I-O-N-A-L-S. In Jordan. And the girl before that, made it to the Internationals in Australia or something like that. Then again, that fat bitch has the tendency to give speeches like she's in a drunken stupor. Probably is. And how the hell does the fat bitch expect us to make past the Zones with the bullshit they claim as training? Take for example the debate team. Our team was made up of myself and three Form 3s. Less than a week before the debate, the teacher changed the lineup. I'm the only one who stayed. The Form 3s walked off with our research. Not that I mind. They have the right to. They sacrificed 3 weeks to do research for the debate topics. And what do they ge

60 Earth Hour

It's already 12:25 p.m.. My family and I participated in 60 Earth Hour here in Malaysia from 8:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.. It was fun, being in the total darkness. I'm not fond of the dark but I'm not entirely scared of it either. Maybe because I know nothing can harm me. At least not here, at home. Many of my friends participated in Earth Hour tonight. It was cool to see how environmentally aware the younger generation is. Unfortunately however, I cannot say the same about those living in my old neighborhood. I heard not many participated. Bummer. Oh well, screw them. Malaysians. What more can I say? Anyway, that's all for now. Au revoir.

No Matter, Rain or Shine

Today was rather interesting. I got my History paper - 65%. Not bad considering I pretty much blew the second part. Anyway, after Friday prayers I went for Rugby practice. Coach had said to bring umbrellas but naturally, no one did -- save for Coach. So everyone got soaked and we were freezing our butts off. But it was awesome. Then we did some training. Everyone kept fumbling coz our fingers were numb and the balls were soaked. Thankfully, after a while, the wind stopped howling so we felt warmer. Around 7 we called it a day and settled down. Everyone was still soaking wet, naturally. Everyone had fun. Now, it is 11:21 p.m. and I am signing off Blogspot. Au revoir

Cheering in the Rain

The weather is very, VERY gloomy. Its thunderous and the rain is pouring heavier than a meteor shower. Its also extremely overcast. Not pleasant weather at all. Nevertheless, there is reason to celebrate. My cat came back! After a 2-day hiatus, he returns! Woohoo! I was getting ready to start printing "Missing"/"Have You Seen This Cat?" posters.

Sweeney Todd

I know, I know, its an 'old' movie. But I only recently managed to get to watch it. It's an awesome movie. The singing parts are reminiscent of old Broadway musical-style plays but its refreshing. The plot itself isn't so bad. Keeps you on the edge of your seat. Keeps you guessing. Johnny Depp & Helena Bonham-Carter's acting were good. Quite good. Johnny Depp obviously can sing better. He's done musicals before. He still talks a bit like a pirate. Especially in the scene when he missed killing Judge Turpin & says "you sir" while on the street. Helena Bonham-Carter's character is equally interesting. She's madly in love with Sweeney Todd. The way she carried Mrs. Lovett is very fun to watch. I like the scene when she came up with the idea on what to do with the bodies of whom Sweeney Todd had killed. His first kill was that of Senor Perelli a.k.a Davey Collins who once worked with Sweeney Todd before he was imprisoned. I like t

Help

You know there are stories that the Devil will try an create his spawn and create hell on Earth? Well, I can reassure you, the Devil did not have a single spawn. He had 4. Enough of the doom talk. My youngest aunt came over with her 5 children to pick up my grandparents before going back to Taiping. Her eldest son is OK. It's her other 4 that are nuts. They're all only 1 year apart. Crazy. I had to resist the temptation to throw them out of the house. Literally. The only thing stopping me was that their parents were present. I raised my voice once and -- luckily -- I got away with it. AAAAARRRGGGGH!!!!! It's a good thing they were there for only a short while. I swear, any longer and their van would be carrying 4 adults, 1 child and 4 corpses. That doesn't include the cleaning up of the mess I have to do. Their smudges all over. The mirrors, the TV, the chairs, the tables. Then there's the food all over the floor. Rice. Fried rice. & their parents let them have

B.L.O.G. P.O.S.T.

I feel like it's been forever since I wrote an actual post. I mean, the kind thats written for the heck of it, detailing something one feels at the moment, not a documentation of a event or a tag or things like that. Now, what to write about? Haha. So much for writing an 'actual' post, eh? I guess I could start with the holidays. Um, Saturday I went to KLCC & Times Square with friends. 9 other friends to be exact. Then I spent some time with my cousins from Taiping. They're all cool. My grandparents also came to stay for a while. Yesterday, I went to Nad's gathering. It was awesome being able to meet everyone again. Thanks Nad for arranging the gathering. Oh, and I wasn't feeling well this past two days. But I'm OK now. The worst is over -- which was last night. I think that's about it for now. -Listening to Holy Diver-Dio-

Outing...

Went to KLCC & Berjaya Times Square yesterday. Woohoo! Rare outing opportunity! Aten, Faez, Nadzirah, Ayie, Alia, Muiez, Nasyrah, Syarol, Liyana and myself. It was supposed to be Sofea's birthday but she didn't show up. Circumstances forced us to go through with the outing on Saturday, 14th March 09 We met up at Kelana Jaya LRT Station around 9:45-10:10. Nadzirah was the last one to arrive 'coz she got a little lost. So we boarded the LRT and headed for KLCC. The journey there wasn't as enjoyable due to the crowd. But it was OK. At KLCC, Syarol was hungry so we went for breakfast at Rasa Selera food court on the fourth floor. I already had a hearty breakfast earlier so all I ordered was some Iced Peach Tea. Syarol had some Chicken Rice; Muiez, Alia & Aten had claypot rice; Ayie had some kuih and Liyana had some pancakes. She didn't finish it. Afterwards, we wanted to go to Petrosains but unfortunately the line to go in was too long so we went back on the LRT

Debate MSSD

Today we had the Debate MSSD tournament. We lost in the first round -- again. This time I can safely say it is mainly due to the teachers' failures in playing their parts. The lineup was changed at the last minute and those who had been doing the research from the beginning dropped out completely. Not that I blame them as they were giving everything they got into the debate team even though they were PMR candidates. But at least, the teachers who had changed the lineup showed up during our training sessions. Most of them anyway. Pn. Ranjitha had just scolded us for more or less absolutely no reason and before the tournament, she had sternly told us that we could not lose to SMK Sri Muda. But you know what, I'm glad Sri Muda won because it shows just how arrogant our teachers can be. If she so much as tries to lecture us tomorrow, I swear, I'm throwing her off the fourth floor -- that'll be third if you coun't the 1st floor as ground floor. But I have to hone
